FIRE EXTINGUISHER SIX MONTHLY INSPECTIONS

Have your Fire Extinguishers and Smoke Detectors been checked six monthly, or have they not been checked in a while?   Call us to arrange an inspection and ensure your due dilligence is not affected.   We will ask whether we can check to ensure your spread, and type of extinguishers, are correct for your operation.

FIRE WARDENS

The Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008 advises on the requirement for an evacuation co-ordinator for a building; and that at least one co-ordinator is required.   AS 3745 advises on the Emergency Planning Committee and the Emergency Control Organisation, plus other relevant information with regard to a) reviewing the emergency plan and b) fire wardens.   By calling Doug now you can arrange for on-site Fire Warden training.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION PLANS

The Building and Fire Regulation 2008 advises the form in which your Fire and Evacuation Plan must be kept.  AS 3745 advises who is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of your emergency plan, emergency response procedures and related training.   With a call to Doug at Isa Fire you can have him call out and discuss your requirements, and how a plan may be easily completed.
